Business Solutions Analyst II

Job Summary

Managing moderately complex projects, the full-time Business Solutions Analyst II will support long-term operational initiatives, improve processes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards while working onsite in Herndon, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and modifications to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Support the implementation and improvement of ISO standards and CMMI appraisals across the organization
• Run and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to provide reliable insights for stakeholder decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program, project, or contract management
• Proficiency in program data management and compliance reporting
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO standards or CMMI processes is preferred
• Ability to manage projects of moderate complexity with minimal supervision
