Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, New Business Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in developing innovative solutions to support new business capture
Collaborate with Business Development, Support Teams, and Operations to uncover and develop best-in-class solutions for clients
Define and drive solution direction for prospective business opportunities and communicate solutions effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' experience in the BPO industry
High business acumen
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); MS Project preferred
Ability to lead cross-functional teams of executives
