Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Architect: Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product manager and delivery lead for Sales Systems, including CRM and sales analytics platforms
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify pain points and co-create solutions to enhance sales efficiency
• Drive rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering teams to validate and scale solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in sales systems or business systems product management
• Strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows
• Experience with platforms like Salesforce or similar sales technologies
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-impact environments
