Business Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to define system requirements, the full-time remote Business Solutions Architect will manage technical documentation and ensure IRT projects meet clinical study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and document system requirements and enhancements for existing builds
• Act as a subject matter expert on clinical study protocols for moderate to high complexity studies
• Author specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and interfaces while supporting UAT setup and execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant experience in the IRT industry may substitute
• 2-4 years of experience in a software business analyst role with a strong understanding of technical concepts
• 2-4 years of mandatory IRT experience
• Prior experience with voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
