Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document end-to-end business processes, including process maps and flows
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Facilitate change management by organizing people for transformation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business architecture, process mapping, and solution design
• Experience with change management and coalition building
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma and SAFe/Agile
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
