Business Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with process owners to deliver scalable technology solutions, the full-time remote Business Solutions Manager will identify challenges, translate business needs, and improve supply chain results through process improvements, automation, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to define and integrate business solutions that align with company objectives
• Develop custom analytical solutions and provide business intelligence services to support decision-making
• Maintain data accuracy and usability through ongoing database management and troubleshooting of existing solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or applicable experience and/or certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in using technology and automation for process improvement
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly SQL Server
• Experience with ETL tools, especially SSIS, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
