Business Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Driving implementation and advisory services in the Medical Device and Automotive sectors, the full-time Business Solutions Manager will manage qualification, scoping, estimation, and proposal generation while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and partners to align business outcomes with solutions at a global enterprise level
• Analyze and develop software solution implementation plans, recommending optimal designs and approaches for value maximization
• Position and recommend PTC's adoption and advisory services to support partners in creating credible Statements of Work (SOWs)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building relationships with internal and partner constituencies, including senior executives
• Experience in selling services, scoping projects, and creating Statements of Work
• Strong background in the Medical Device or Automotive verticals
• Previous experience in a sales quota carrying role
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
