Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Partner - P&C.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a connector between IT and the business to drive strategy development and relationship management
• Ensure IT services align with business goals by understanding business processes and priorities
• Support IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in IT Services
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance, preferably in Property & Casualty
• Familiarity with Policy Administration, Underwriting, and Claims systems is a plus
• Experience with full SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with senior leadership and business partners
