Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for all Business Solutions products and provide direct client support
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and client expectations
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product effectiveness and support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in product management, business analysis, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of revenue enablement strategies and financial processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Familiarity with healthcare product regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
