Job Summary

Supporting strategic programs critical to the company's long-term success, the full-time remote Business Strategy Advisor will facilitate and execute programs, lead projects to realize benefits, and ensure best practices while providing visibility to senior management on program status.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates and executes programs, leading projects to achieve strategic objectives
• Implements departmental program management processes, tools, and techniques
• Provides regular updates and visibility to senior management on the current status of programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, communications, or related field
• Five (5) years of professional work experience, with at least two (2) years in facilitating large programs or multi-function projects
• Familiarity with the transportation/logistics industry
• Expertise in multi-functional project/program leadership
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
