Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational datasets and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Support and design projects aimed at enhancing the digital claims experience
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, strategy, or analytics
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort in working with data
• Experience using data for fact-based decisions and process improvements
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes independently
