Business Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Analyst, Business & Strategy will analyze business and financial data to identify trends and opportunities, improve performance, and support revenue growth and retention through actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business, financial, customer, and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for key KPIs, corporate OKRs, and business reviews for leadership
- Evaluate MarketAI and competitive data to uncover revenue and retention opportunities for sales and Client Success teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience in BI and reporting tools like Power BI
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively pursue insights from data
