Business Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
Focusing on business performance analytics, the full-time remote Business Strategy Analyst will analyze data from various internal systems to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency while supporting management and corporate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business, financial, customer, and operational data to identify trends and actionable insights for improving performance
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for key KPIs and corporate OKRs, preparing clear reports for leadership reviews
- Evaluate MarketAI and competitive data to uncover revenue, retention, and upsell opportunities, creating sales tools to support client success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a related field, with automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using BI and reporting tools like Power BI
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively pursue insights while managing diverse analytical priorities
