Business Strategy Director

Job Summary

Business Strategy Director, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading executive-level workshops, defining AI strategies for customer needs, and connecting business landscape analysis to experience opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagements to align on experience strategy and success criteria
• Define where AI agents can autonomously solve customer needs and where human judgment is required
• Visualize and prototype ideas, collaborating with UX teams to bring the vision to life

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver user-centered products
• Strong business acumen across strategy, design thinking, and agile/experimentation methods
• Deep expertise in at least one industry
• Foundational understanding of Salesforce composable architecture and Data Cloud
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and influence business priorities
