Business Strategy Director
Job Summary
Driving complex, transformational strategy engagements, the full-time remote Business Strategy Director will partner with C-level customers to craft innovative, industry-specific strategies that define vision, metrics, and roadmaps for achieving business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise during sales and delivery cycles related to Salesforce products and services
- Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to develop future-state operating models and business visions
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps that prioritize investments and support business objectives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, particularly with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in Consumer Goods Retail Execution within CG enterprises or consultancies
- Familiarity with Salesforce's Consumer Goods Cloud application
- Experience in Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Change Management
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
