Business Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations - Business Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner's advocate and resolve issues with clinical partners
• Coordinate relationships between the company and clinical partners/vendors to enhance collaboration
• Develop and maintain expertise in clinical business processes and recommend innovative strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, health policy, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in managed care clinical programs preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or other government programs preferred
• Working knowledge of state, NCQA, and/or URAC requirements preferred
