Job Summary

Business Strategy Leader, responsible for orchestrating the development and delivery of the Family Care Strategic Business Plan in a full-time role, ensuring alignment across various functions to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the Family Care business unit strategy
• Own the orchestration and delivery of the Family Care Strategic Business Plan across near and medium-term horizons
• Analyze business performance through synthesized functional inputs to inform long-term strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, and/or finance
• Bachelor's degree in business or related experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to generate strategic insights
• Experience in developing and executing business strategies
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable work plans
