Key Responsibilities

• Support and design projects aimed at improving the digital claims experience
• Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, strategy, or analytics
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using data for fact-based decision-making and process improvements
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects independently
