Job Summary

Supporting business customers with their Internet, Video, and Phone services, the full-time remote Business Support Representative will manage technical support requests, troubleshoot issues with telecommunications equipment, and document customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Determine the scope of customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Provide troubleshooting for ONTs, routers, and HPBX phone systems
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • Experience in service-specific troubleshooting methods
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • Ability to perform on-call rotation duties after regular business hours
