Job Summary
Supporting business customers with their Internet, Video, and Phone services, the full-time remote Business Support Representative will manage technical support requests, troubleshoot issues with telecommunications equipment, and document customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Determine the scope of customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Provide troubleshooting for ONTs, routers, and HPBX phone systems
- Document all customer interactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A+ Certification preferred
- Experience in service-specific troubleshooting methods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Ability to perform on-call rotation duties after regular business hours
