Job Summary
To support Third Party Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time Business Support Senior Analyst will manage production support and project lifecycles, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize application performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for IT teams, communicating system events and critical updates to stakeholders
- Manage incident tracking, change requests, and project deliverables while facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) for system releases
- Develop and deliver system release materials, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT capabilities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Proven experience in building relationships and ensuring effective communication with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and generating reports
- Ability to interpret business and technical documentation to evaluate system functionality
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
