Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist - Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of bank policies, network rules, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Execute and manage the business deposit account opening and onboarding process
• Provide support and training for business clients on the digital banking platform

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in the banking industry focused on business banking or digital banking
• College degree from a two-year or four-year program with a concentration in business or accounting preferred
• Proficiency in digital account opening software, including Apiture and Fiserv products
• Strong understanding of business banking deposit products and treasury management services
• Bilingual preferred
