Job Summary

- Plan and execute user acceptance tests, conduct ongoing research, and evaluate processes to enhance business operations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in loan operations, banking operations, or payment operations
- Experience with system analysis and issue resolution
- Familiarity with regulatory and procedural requirements for software and systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in user acceptance testing and process evaluation
