Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Support Specialist who will analyze and resolve system and loan issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and research system, account, and loan discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address General Ledger or system-related issues and support process improvements
• Plan and execute user acceptance tests while performing ongoing research and process evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in loan operations, banking operations, or payment operations
• Experience in analyzing and resolving discrepancies in financial systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and procedural requirements in financial operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in user acceptance testing and process evaluation
