Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and research system, account, and loan discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve General Ledger or system-related issues and support process improvements
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing and evaluate ongoing processes to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in loan operations, banking operations, or payment operations
• Familiarity with regulatory and procedural requirements in financial services
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to recommend corrective actions and operational enhancements
• Experience in user acceptance testing and process evaluation
