Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot product-related questions via phone, email, and live chat
- Document issues in Salesforce and provide resolutions to ensure client success
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to type greater than 35 wpm
- Reliable Internet Service Provider
- Tech-savvy with Salesforce experience a plus
