Job Summary

To support a dynamic software company, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related questions, and provide training through various communication channels in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Gather information through questioning to identify and troubleshoot client issues related to products and training
  • Provide support and training via phone, email, and live chat while documenting issues in Salesforce
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes to advocate for customer needs effectively
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Reliable Internet Service Provider
