Job Summary

To support a dynamic software company, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related questions, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Gather information through questioning to identify client issues and offer resolutions
  • Document client interactions and issues in Salesforce while staying up to date on product knowledge
  • Provide support and training to clients, advocating for their needs through active listening
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Reliable internet service provider
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
