Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related questions, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Gather information from clients to identify issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolutions
  • Document client interactions and solutions in Salesforce while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and advocate for their success through active listening
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and adapt to changes
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Reliable internet service provider is required
