Job Summary
Supporting business operations, the full-time Business Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance, manage vendor setups and purchase orders, and handle billing for business accounts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up vendors and create/manage purchase orders
- Order supplies, including laptops and phones, as needed
- Manually bill 3PL customers on a monthly basis and streamline vendor processes
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience
- Experience in administrative support roles
- Familiarity with vendor management and purchase order systems
- Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
- Experience with billing processes for business accounts
