Job Summary

Supporting business operations, the full-time Business Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance, manage vendor setups and purchase orders, and handle billing for business accounts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Set up vendors and create/manage purchase orders
  • Order supplies, including laptops and phones, as needed
  • Manually bill 3PL customers on a monthly basis and streamline vendor processes
Required qualifications
  • Working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience
  • Experience in administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with vendor management and purchase order systems
  • Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
  • Experience with billing processes for business accounts
