Job Summary
To support a growing software company, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries by gathering information and troubleshooting product and training-related questions
- Document issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure client success
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes to effectively assist clients
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Reliable internet service provider
