Job Summary

To support a growing software company, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries by gathering information and troubleshooting product and training-related questions
  • Document issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure client success
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes to effectively assist clients
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Reliable internet service provider
