Job Summary

To support a dynamic software company, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries by identifying problems through effective questioning and troubleshooting product-related questions
  • Document issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure client success
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes to provide accurate support
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Reliable Internet Service Provider
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
