Job Summary
To support a dynamic software company, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries by identifying problems through effective questioning and troubleshooting product-related questions
- Document issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure client success
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal business processes to provide accurate support
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Reliable Internet Service Provider
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Salesforce experience is a plus
