Job Summary
Supporting Treasury Management Bank products remotely, the part-time Business Support Specialist I will manage accounts, perform operational tasks, and develop customer relationships while working from Arizona, North Carolina, or South Carolina during specified hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manages accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Performs operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
- Develops relationships with customers and vendors to enhance service experience and resolve issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with Commercial Advantage
