Job Summary
To support a dynamic software company in the beauty and wellness industry, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will engage with clients to troubleshoot product and training inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while documenting issues in Salesforce and staying updated on product knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries by identifying problems and providing solutions through effective communication
- Document client issues and resolutions in Salesforce to ensure successful client outcomes
- Stay informed about Meevo products and internal processes to provide accurate support and training
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Reliable internet service provider
- Salesforce experience is a plus
