Job Summary

Supporting daily operations within the Community Banking business unit, the remote CAB Business Support Specialist I will manage accounts, perform operational tasks, and develop customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction while working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm PST.

Key responsibilities
  • Manages accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations through routine data entry and documentation
  • Performs operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
  • Develops relationships with customers and vendors to streamline service experiences and provide effective resolutions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
  • Preferred banking experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience
