To support a dynamic software company in the beauty and wellness industry, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries by identifying problems and providing effective resolutions
• Document issues and solutions in Salesforce while staying updated on product knowledge
• Engage with customers to ensure their success with the company's software products

• 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
• Reliable internet service provider
