Job Summary

To support a dynamic software company in the beauty and wellness industry, the full-time hourly Business Support Specialist will engage with clients to troubleshoot product and training inquiries, providing support via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries by identifying problems and providing resolutions through effective communication
• Document issues in Salesforce while staying updated on product knowledge and internal processes
• Deliver training and support to clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring their success with the software

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
• 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Reliable internet service provider
