Business System Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Adoption Specialist to support system adoption and user engagement in clinical data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing materials aligned with business and strategic priorities
• Support the Business System Owner in user adoption, change management, and communications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the end-user experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management
• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences, preferably in clinical trial management/operations
• Experience with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, or regulatory reporting is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in navigating complex issues in a matrixed environment
