Business System Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance user adoption of clinical systems, the remote Business System Adoption Specialist will develop user-facing materials, support change management functions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a long-term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user-facing materials aligned with GDO/R&D business priorities
• Support the Business System Owner in user adoption, change management, and communication strategies
• Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to address and resolve system challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management
• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences, preferably in clinical trial management/operations
• Experience with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, or regulatory reporting systems is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
