Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system health & resolve issues quickly
Support users with training & troubleshooting
Implement software updates with minimal downtime

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in financial or healthcare services
Hands-on with core systems (e.g., Fiserv-Datasafe/Nautilus)
Skilled in business analysis, product development & process improvement
Agile/DevOps experience (Azure a plus!)
Experience in Mortgage / Banking domain is a plus
