Business System Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the remote contract Business System Analyst will analyze and optimize business processes, lead requirements gathering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to cloud and on-prem infrastructure
- Lead requirements gathering and workflow management using JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI while driving automation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in Business Systems Analysis, Infrastructure Testing, or Program/Delivery Coordination
- Expertise with JIRA for backlog, workflows, and reporting
- Deep experience in Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficient in ServiceNow, Power BI, and automation pipelines
