Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to support product development teams and operations in various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product development teams and other functions to support new and revised processes and tools
- Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools to enable sound business decisions
- Create training plans and process documentation to improve user experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with configuration management and tools administration, particularly with Workfront or similar project management tools
- Lean Six Sigma training or process development experience
- Strong knowledge of change management principles
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Power BI
