Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to provide solutions for business systems needs as part of an Agile Scrum/Kanban Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document technical requirements for the Agile team backlog
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and gather requirements
• Support development, testing, implementation, and training activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• 7 years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles
• Experience with process re-engineering and modeling tools
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing applications
• Familiarity with insurance business processes and application system design
