Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support Agile Scrum/Kanban development teams and collaborate with business and data management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document technical requirements for the Agile team backlog
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the backlog and gather requirements
• Support development, testing, implementation, and training activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in data warehousing and writing complex SQL queries
• 5 years of experience in writing technical requirements and performing end-to-end data validation
• Experience in the insurance domain and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in data warehousing
• Experience acting as a liaison between IT and business groups
