Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Business Systems Analyst will work full-time in a remote capacity, leading high-impact projects to develop technical solutions for business problems within the Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and automate core processes, translating needs into user stories and process flows
• Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and oversee program deliverables for successful product migrations
• Analyze business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives for scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems, focusing on the commerce-to-cash process
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Snowflake, and reporting tools
• Experience in system implementations and user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and systems
