Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the remote Business Systems Analyst will gather and document business requirements, analyze system functionality, and maintain the data source inventory while collaborating with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive requirements
• Lead solution design by translating complex business requests into actionable technical requirements
• Maintain the data source inventory, ensuring accurate mapping of products to their underlying data sources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role
• Proven experience writing SQL queries across multiple databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation
• Experience working effectively in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
