Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance organizational efficiency, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst will analyze business requirements, design and implement software systems, and provide end-user support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategies into technical requirements and identify areas for system improvement
• Oversee systems design and custom coding to ensure data management best practices are implemented
• Provide ongoing technical support to end-users and manage relationships with external technology vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting proprietary and commercial software systems
• Experience managing technology vendor relationships and leading software selection initiatives
• Familiarity with Salesforce, databases, Office 365 systems, and reporting tools
• Previous experience with ISO 27001 or other information security management systems
