Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business problems, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst II will provide technical expertise in business requirements, configure system settings, and lead testing efforts to ensure effective automated solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify gaps in business processes to be resolved with automated systems
• Configure system settings and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing
• Consult with users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of related experience in business systems analysis
• Experience in configuring automated systems and conducting testing
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of system functional specifications and business requirements
