Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day administration of the Deltek Costpoint ERP environment, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst will support shared services teams in finance, accounting, and procurement while ensuring system reliability and user self-sufficiency, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Deltek Costpoint environment, including system configuration and approval workflows
• Support core business functions by configuring the ERP system to align with operational needs
• Manage user access and security roles, ensuring system security and compliance with least-privilege principles

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with large ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Understanding of finance and accounting operations and how ERP systems support those functions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP administration and system configuration
• BA/BS in a technical, analytical, or business discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Ability to obtain an active SECRET security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
