Job Summary
Partnering with business stakeholders, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will analyze user needs, support system testing, and collaborate on application changes to enhance crop insurance services.
Key responsibilities
- Understanding customer objectives and processes to implement release plans effectively
- Coordinating activities with business owners to gather and analyze requirements
- Supporting system configuration and integration testing to ensure requirements are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with Crop Claims Software, or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Documented expertise in MPCI field adjustment procedures and operations preferred
