Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Incentive Compensation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the incentive compensation process area
• Maintain and configure the Incentive Compensation System (Xactly) while providing ongoing support and training
• Analyze complex business problems and develop technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience working with Xactly Incent
• Solid understanding of global incentive compensation processes
• SaaS industry experience
• Proven track record of owning and delivering finance application projects
